Well, the power of this topic can't be taken lightly. This should be across organisation layers, within teams. This is the best way to optimise resources and ensure maximum productivity. How? Its just so difficult for most people to follow this but this difficulty is small price to ensure less attrition, higher employee morale. sense of purpose among members and also environment of learning and growing. What's more important than communication of the problem is the reception of the same. This can happen if the employees can sense a bigger picture rather than being resistant to change.
